Gemeinschaft Home Gets Some New Wheels

In May 2023, Gemeinschaft Home finally made a long-anticipated purchase—a 15-passenger van. The organization has been raising funds (roughly $32,000) for over two years to replace the previous van, a much smaller, decades-old Dodge Caravan, with hundreds of thousands of miles and countless repairs. Thanks to our generous community of supporters, we were able to fund the purchase of a 2015 Ford Transit 350 Wagon in near new condition with low mileage. The van has offered a convenient and efficient way to transport Gemeinschaft Home participants to necessary meetings and program requirements.
